• Consultative Nature: Guidance provided is based on professional expertise. Ongoing maintenance remains the responsibility of the property owner.

• Resilience Guarantee: We guarantee our stock is healthy and "hardened" to local elements at the time of purchase.
• Environmental Factors: Because plants are biological organisms, we cannot offer warranties against extreme weather events, neglect, or improper irrigation once the plant has left our care.

The "Sacramento Summer Survival Guide," "Mentor Notes," and all "Success Library" content are the intellectual property of Willow Grove Nursery. Redistribution or commercial use of these materials without written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Willow Grove Nursery provides the framework for success, but cannot be held liable for garden outcomes resulting from factors outside of our control, including local pests, soil chemistry, or "Act of God" weather patterns.
